🏗️ Tockwith Could Double In Size With 1,100-Home Airfield PlanLand promoter Hallam Land wants to build 1,100 homes on Tockwith Airfield over 13 years, including a school, health centre, and shops. Five landowners have already signed up, but it’s “only a suggestion” at this early stage, says parish council chairman.


The scoping report says it would take around 13 years to build the development. Construction would be anticipated to begin 2029, with completion in 2042.
